The PERTAN Group is on the General Services Administration (GSA) Management, Organizational, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Schedule, Contract Number GS-10F-0542N.
Under the GSA Schedules Program, the GSA establishes long-term Government-wide contracts with commercial firms to provide ordering offices with access to commercial services and products that can be ordered directly from GSA Schedule contractors or through GSA Advantage! online shopping and ordering system.
How to use this contract
Because of our status as an 8(a) firm, Government buyers may contract with us “sole-source” through our GSA contract. Contact Ms. Beverly Coley with the GSA at (312) 353-1100.
For purchases of less than 100K, the contracting officer only needs to inquire about the eligibility status of The PERTAN Group as an 8(a) to the Small Business Administration (SBA). The inquiry can be done by e-mail to: richard.nelson@sba.gov .The contracting officer needs only one proposal/Bid. The contracting officer/agency can decide to set the small purchase aside for 8(a).
For purchases over 100K the contracting officer needs to make a "formal offer" of the contract to the SBA through Mr. Richard Nelson. The offer should be in writing and could be by e-mail (richard.nelson@sba.gov). Since it is an offer to SBA, the contracting officer only needs one bid.
